- Recommended printing temperature 240 ℃-270 ℃, build platform 75 ℃-90 ℃. For the 1st to 3rd Turn off the cooling fan, if your 3D printer is the Bambu P1P or X1, we recommend a nozzle temperature above 260 degrees.
- Tips: Dry before use to achieve the best print quality (65 °C, 8 hours). Printing and maintaining humidity in the container < 20% RH (sealed, with desiccant). - Do not use conventional brass nozzles. Since the filament contains real carbon fibres, you need to use wear-resistant steel nozzles (≥ 0.4 mm; better 0.6 mm). - To achieve stronger Z adhesion, please adjust a higher filling density and use a closed printer; reduce the fan proportion to avoid overcooling.
- TINMORRY PETG-CF is a composite material made of PETG and 15% professionally processed short-cut carbon fibre master batch. The new exclusive formula has significantly improved print quality as it reduces the clogging and clumping of nozzles compared to conventional PETG, and also has very good Z adhesion.
